The Smoke Clique Was Formed Originally As A Four Member Group In Mt. Morris, MI (Beecher) In 1996. After A Long Hiatus The Group Was Shortened And Two Remaining Original Members Collectively Fused Together To Strengthen And Elevate Their Dynamic Sound. That Was Said To Be Forgotten. Demetriuss Garvins(Nino B.) & Andre Williams(Dre-Boogi) Have Arrived. To Let The Streets Know The Smoke Can't Be Cleared....In 2005 The Duo Began Writing And Recording The Underground MixTape Entitled,"Our Lives,Ya'll Ears" Which Hit Beecher & Flint's Streets In 2006. The Response Was Phenomenal. Smoke Cliqu Began Performing At Local Hot Spots & Also Performed At The Michigan Talent Search Which Earned Rave Reviews. In 2007 The Clique Fed The Streets With The Follow Up Mixtape Called "The Smoke Can't Be Cleared", 24 Hot Mixtape Hits & Collabs. They Also Included 5 Ground Breaking Originals That No One Has Heard Before. Shortly After That The Smoke Clique Was Swamped By Local Promoters & Club Owners To Book Parties, And Opening Acts For Several Shows. Such Clubs As The Luge Nite Club (Flint), Purple Moon Nite Club (Flint), Church Hills (Flint), Rubes Bar (Flint), JB's Nite Club (Flint), This Led The Two To Begin Making Alliances In The Streets With Other Local Artist & People That Understood These Two Individuals Were Serious.
2008 Was Another Successful Year. The Smoke Clique Dropped Another Fire MixTape Entitled "Fuel To The Flames", With 13 Mixtape Tracks & 3 Original Songs. This MixTape Has Been Circulating In Michigan,California,New York,Georgia,Washington DC. The Smoke Clique Is Well On Their Way To Becoming Nationally Known As The Demand For The Two Continues To Grow Everyday.
