A producer/rapper from Syracuse, NY, named JT-Knux.
JT comes from my first and middle name, Joshua Thomas.
“Knux†comes from a nickname I was given in a crew I was involved with; (MFBF).
I’m - AKA - Joshy Knux.
But I’d rather people just refer too me as JT.
It’s easier I guess.
I grew up on hip-hop and rap.
Overall, I just love music in general.
I am who I am today because of my past, obviously.
But I started writing bars around the age of 14.
Since then, my thoughts, feelings, and life have come out on paper.
Throughout most of high school, I was in a band called, “Together As One,†also known as TAO; I was the vocalist.
Sadly, because of distance and friendships growing sour within the band, we decided that after 2 years of playing many shows, mostly locally, not having a record deal, with not enough merchandise being distributed, +, we decided to part, instead of continuing to make moves.
But at least we got good music out of it, and some TRUE friendships still exist from it.
We didn’t call ourselves “TAO†for nothing.
We made a lot of music based off of trust, loyalty, unity, harsh times, etc., and gained respect through that.
My dreams as a musician still are as they use to be.
I'm working on building my own studio, and producing as much as possible.
So the only thing I can do at this point is just keep moving forward, and work to be the best at what I do.
Most importantly, I’ve finally finished "Brass Knuckles Mixtape 1."
It is currently being hosted by DATPIFF.COM.
I've decided to wait too move the mixtape, until I have an official cover/back for it.
And yes, I made the “original version.â€
I want something with better quality for my first mixtape, ya digg???

Currently, I’m working to build a record label called SKC Productions.
I started making instrumentals a little over a year ago and I now have well over 40 made. If anyone is looking for that piff, get at me, and we can work some kind of deal out.
I usually charge up too $100.00 per instrumental.
