About Me

I live in an old very haunted house built in 1913. I like it that way and would find it very boring to live in an unhaunted house. I'm moody and short tempered, but for some reason my friends seem to deal with it quite wonderfully, maybe because I can be pretty funny sometimes when I'm annoyed. Maybe it will have to be more than just one book...

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Horsepeople, writers, ghosthunters, and others lost and surviving in the world of the 'normals'. oh yeah, and food. I love food, especially the kind I can stick with a fork before it gets away...

Catcher in the Rye

A lot of people were forced to read Catcher in the Rye in school.  I was among the lucky few who weren't, but out of curiosity, I picked up a copy to see what the big deal was.  The book has...

Creepy

Yesterday I was lying on the couch in my attic.  Since I work graveyard shift I sleep in the room farthest away from the street and noise.  The windows are sealed off with wood and dark mate...

ORF 2008

Another year of Ren Faire done, finally.  It wasn't as lucrative as the past few years.  Barely made a third of what we made last year.  At least I got my booth fee paid for next year a...

Where do I find books to read?

I just read and enjoyed John Marco's guest blog at Literary Escapism http://www.literaryescapism.com/2008/10/14/498/ The question after his blog asked where one gets recommendations for the books one ...
