Born (1982) and raised in south of France, I started to mess with a guitar when I was 6 years old. Then, I studied for more than 15 years with the famous classical concert performer and professor at the conservatoire of Chambéry. My desire to play and to make music was so strong and intense that I used to spend many hours everyday just practicing scales and studies for guitar. Award winner of several guitar international competitions, in 1997 I won first prize at the Paris international guitar Competition followed by the 24th Bartoli guitar Competition (...) Surronded by different types of music I discovered flamenco guitar a couple of years ago. I began to teach myself traditional “falsetasâ€, then I followed courses from the French Spanish guitarist J.Y Sanchez (co-founder of the cuadro La fragua) and then from the virtuoso flamenco guitarist Jeronimo Maya from Madrid (direct descendent of flamenco guitar legend Ramon Montoya).
