Born in Killeen, Texas to a military father and stay at home mother, Ahnree Oakes is affectionately called by his alter-ego Judah.Real's lyrics are reminiscent of memoirs or that of entries in a daily journal or diary. They depict what the everyday,working man and woman go through daily. Hard times as welll as good times. In many instances he mentions old school singers in direct lyrics and his personal genre to let the world know both who made him want to be what he dreams and is destined to be and to show appreciation for the inspiration they have given him.In an industry dominated by other regions and the "same ol' same ol'" he plans to bring the love back to music. He's been given numerous false promises and countless opportunities that seemed legit but fell through. But instead of becoming complacent and settling for what the world offers him, he remains strong and focused on becoming the star he's talks about within every conversation big or small.The perfect example of determination and perseverance, as half Hip-hop/R&B duo 2 of a kine out of Buffalo,NY. They collectively sold upward of 9,000 copies of their album by way of the internet (www.cdbaby.com/cd/2ofakine) and hand to hand sales.He's performed locally in Buffalo, and surrounding areas such as Cheektowaga and Lockport, NY.
