____________________________________________________________ _________ ________Hello, My name is Rachel. As you can see, I play trumpet... The thing that i prefer the most in my life is to Blow my horn! Well I study right know at Unversite de Montreal in Jazz interpretation with Ron DiLauro. I try to make my leaving out of Music by playing with artists or in bands Like : Namori (www.namori.com), Tierra, Salam, Swing Connection House Band, Broken Nails, Bombolesse, Sylvie Chenard "Jazz Amerique"... I also do some studio shots and, teaching, and arranging. I enjoy traveling, Learn new grooves and Have great moments with new people like i just did with an afro beat band From New York Named Kokolo (www.kolokoonline.com). ____________________________________________________________ _____________________ What I enjoy the most is to live new experiences like i did in the past years. With the University Big Band, I played with well knowned people like Michel Legrand, Klimax, Jean-Pierre Zanella, Ginette Reno, Oliver Jones, Remi Bolduc, and we had the experience of playing to IAJE Jazz conference 2008.... I had also the experience to collectively manage a Band, Gogo Jungle, and some of you know that is not easy to organise, booked, make a band known and everything else that a band need to work good..
