About Me

We destroyed, we insulted, we despised - and we laughed. We laughed at this shameless exposure of 'all that is holy' (the funeral, that is of 'all that is holy'). We laughed at ourselves just as we laughed at everything. But laughter was only the expression not the essence and not the purpose. Expressions of the emptiness of the world through which we stumble, that reality is nowhere to be found, not even in ourselves. The laughter strikes a responsive chord in everyone, goes so deep that our scientific faith applauds at its own funeral like a charlatan or a trickster. What could be the meaning of this mysterious cry?~ ringing tones ~why should we hold that pandemonium, destruction, anarchy, the laughter in check? ---------- I try to escape by means of the door, but the fenistration physically repulses me from all four walls. Negative orgones of feng shui stab my stomach. The center of the room is the only neutral space and I am left there in a state of near stasis, feeding upon myself until there is simply nothing left. Easily replaced. Quietly obsolete.

Influences: The supposed objects of our admiration have become a testament to human failure. A poignant example of what will befall us if we "rise above." So here's to glorious failure, to the attempted but discarded, to the misunderstood, the rejected and the dispossessed. Here's to those who aspire to nothing and so expect nothing, who forge their own criteria and reject the expected. Here's to the ongoing struggle, and a pox on all those who feel they have "achieved" anything.
