Yirra Yaakin is Australia’s leading Aboriginal theatre company, producing a body of work unequalled in innovation, excellence and Cultural significance. Our priority is to ensure Aboriginal theatre remains under Aboriginal Control – providing opportunities for Aboriginal artists in all levels of creation and production.
Yirra Yaakin looks globally, nurturing and supporting authentic Aboriginal theatre expression locally, nationally and internationally.
