About Me


Coming from all different backgrounds, the guys formed in mid ’06 to create Backyard Funk. A mixture of Aussie Hip Hop, Funk, Soul, Rock, the genre list goes on.
These guys have an eclectic variety of influences and it is starting to show in their music. The ride they take you on can range from mellow and melodic to grimy and drunken, but the main theme you get from these guys is to just enjoy the music and have a good time.
Backyard Funk are: MC - SINZ, VOCALS - MADFISH, DROC on THE CUTS, GUITAR - SHANO1, BASS - B.WRIGHT and DRUMS - SAM
