Influences: Its hard for me to write down all my influences cause i'll always forget some bands or performers and i think that's a shame but here goes......when i was young my olds brought me up on people like the beatles, johnny cash, the monkees, bob dylan and loads of other 50's and 60's music. Then when i first hit my teens my brother Dave got me into bands like Whitesnake, Guns'n Roses, Faith No More, Alice Cooper, Ugly Kid Joe, then in my middle school days it was GRUNGE. Yeah, i grew up in the Nirvana era with Pearl Jam, Mudhoney, Alice in Chains, Live, Silverchair, Green Day, Bush, so forth and so forth.....then punk slash ska stage with bands like less than jake, phunk junkeez, then to the hippey stage with bands like led zeppelin, pink floyd, phish, grateful dead....honestly any band that plays guitar and has a tight band...except country (not a big fan sorry...and yes i know johnny cash was country)......i'll listen to. Right now i'm into bands like three days grace and billy talent and even bullet for my valentine so my variety is all over the place......just because i've usually only written songs by myself is why most of my songs have been ballads or acoustic songs so that's why i write them....plus a lot of people always reckon'd i was good at it.....but writing's easy, its performing that scares me cause i know that i'm just another guitar player and i know i'm not a strong singer. YOu just learn to accept these things. Anyway, if ya wanna know if i like any other bands....just ask me!
