About Me

I Live in a very rural part of Devon in a small and overburdened cottage, full of cats and children. I take photographs of my favourite subjects; insects and flowers, together with a small doll who is very dirty. My other hobby is, making ukuleles,(photos of progress are in my pics) I am so utterly chuffed with myself for having done this. I apologise to all who I bore to death talking about it, but I am so pleased I simply cannot help myself.Warning. I am going to be making a resonator uke next so dont think I've finished yet... You will see - if you look at my pics -Graham Coxon playing a similar uke made by those lovely fellas at Brook Guitars, so they aint no ordinary thang!! Thanks to: Simon for all his time and patience and Andy for letting me use his spray shop when he was particularly busy. Apart from that I have a tendancy to be horribly cynical about people wearing purple. Those that claim to have Chi in their knees and hug megaliths, and vegetarians who foist their attitudes on me. AND people that sing about bloody teepees and what it's like to be a native American Indian, when they were born and bred in Delabole! It's simply not done darlings.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

If they were alive: Vita Sackville West. For being perfect. Alistair Crowley, just to point out where he made a couple of teensy little errors in his lifestyle.Jake Thackery, because he was a significant influence to the music and other things in my life today. More so than Mark Bolan could manage with his peculiar Metal Guru, which was my only other record at the time.I'd love to meet Peter Joel Witkin for his utterly bizaar photography, and someone and it doesn't matter who, who will sponser me for the rest of my life and feed me the odd Leica camera...That would be perfect!..
