************************************************************ **L..HERMITE -L..Hermite es un proyecto instrumental del guitarrista Carlos Ferrari, que abarca géneros variados, tomando como base el rock. Este músico nacido el 25 de junio de 1967 participó en diferentes agrupaciones dentro de la escena under argentina, tales como Siszard (banda de Heavy Metal en la que participó entre 1987 y 1990) y Rescate Emotivo, banda de Pop Rock en la que participó durante 1994 (Aclaración: no se trata de la banda de Rock..n Roll que actualmente se conoce). También se dedica a la enseñanza y a componer música para terceros. Sus influencias son guitarristas de los ochenta, tales como George Lynch, Richie Kotzen, Paul Gilbert, Steve Vai y Vinnie Moore, entre otros. L..Hermite nació como proyecto en el año 2002, cuando comenzó a grabarse el EP homónimo en marzo de ese año, en el cual participaron como invitados Marcelo Napolitano aportando un solo de bajo en el tema “Diluvio Eterno” y Ariel Rota un solo de piano en el mismo tema. También Ezequiel Marzelli ejecutó los dos solos con guitarra limpia en “Diluvio Eterno” y además se encargó de la programación de los instrumentos restantes. L..Hermite tuvo su primer presentación en vivo el 13 de junio de 2003 y luego el 11 de julio de ese mismo año en el Auditorio Aca-traz, con una buena aceptación. La banda que acompañó a Carlos Ferrari en vivo es:Guitarra: Ezequiel Marzelli Bajo : César García Batería : Guillermo García (el primer show el baterista fue Martín Veiga)También fue reconocido su trabajo por la revista española Guitarrista, siendo el EP nominado como “Maqueta Del Mes” (Revista Guitarrista Nº 68, Abril 2004) y publicando en el cd de la revista el tema “El Túnel De Las Almas”. También lo hizo la revista española Guitarra Actual en el Nº 17 de su publicación y la página web de la revista Rock Zone (www.zona-zero.net) se ocupó de hacer un extenso comentario de la maqueta, como así también las siguientes páginas web:www.buscamusica.org www.thesentinelwebmag.comActualmente L..Hermite esta compuesto por:Guitarra: Carlos Ferrari Guitarra rítmica: Sergio Calbó Bajo: César García Batería: Guillermo GarcíaCon esta formación se presentó en el auditorio ACATRAZ el 10 de diciembre de 2005, adelantando temas de su segundo trabajo, “Imágenes del Microcosmos”, el cual fue finalizado a principios de abril de 2006, contando con Beto Vazquez (Infinity) como musico invitado (en Bajo) en el tema " El ojo del Vortice", siendo éste un álbum algo mas extenso y ecléctico que su predecesor.En 2006 fue convocado por Beto Vazquez (Infinity) para participar como músico invitado en varios temas de su nuevo CD "Flying towards the new horizon" y a formar parte en la composición de el tema "The Tunnel of the Souls"****************************************************** ***********- Actualmente me encuentro en el proceso de composición de "Sueños En El Umbral", mi próximo álbum. Por el momento no tengo planeado hacer ninguna presentación hasta tener finalizado el disco, fundamentalmente por una cuestión de tiempo. También estoy formando parte de Beto Vázquez "Infinity", el proyecto del ex-Nepal, Beto Vázquez, trabajando en la grabación de "DARKMIND", su próximo álbum. The person behind this project is Carlos Ferrari, an Argentinian guitarist, born on June 25th, 1967. Carlos Ferrari took part in different style bands emerged from the Argentinian under scene such as the Heavy Metal band called Siszard (from 1987 to 1990) and, in 1994, the Pop group Rescate Emotivo (Emotional Rescue). It is necessary to make it clear that this group has nothing to do with the rockanroll band that is on the road at present.Carlos Ferrari has been not only dedicated to teaching and playing for more than 14 years but also to composing material for other colleagues. To help engender his own style, important guitarists from the ‘80s have had a strong influence on him such as George Lynch and Vinnie Moore, among others. L’Hermite came to light as a project in March of the year 2002 during the recording of the so-called EP. This first studio work counted on the collaboration of some special guests such as bassist Marcelo Napolitano playing a bass solo together with Ariel Rota on the piano in the song “Diluvio Eterno” (“Endless Flood”). Ezequiel Marzelli was in charge of the clean guitar solos and of the programming of the other instruments. L’Hermite had its debuted on the 13th June 2003. On 11th July 2003, the band played at Auditorio Aca-Traz achieving importat recognition. The band that played with Carlos Ferrari on that occasion was formed by:Guitar: Ezequiel Marzelli Bass: César García Drums: Guillermo García (it is good to mention that Martín Veiga played on the debut of the group)The Spanish magazines “Guitarrista”( Issue Nº 68, April, 2004) and "Guitarra Actual" (Issue Nº 17) acknowledged L’Hermite work nominating the EP as “Maqueta del Mes” and including the song “El Túnel De Las Almas” (“The Souls’ Tunnel”) in the CD of the before mentioned magazine.Actually L..Hermite is formed by:Guitars: Carlos Ferrari & Sergio Calbó Bass: César García Drums: Guillermo GarcíaWith this formation he performed in the ACATRAZ auditory on December 10th 2005, presenting some tracks of his second album “Imágenes del Microcosmos” finished at the beginning of April 2006. This new album is a little more extensive and eclectic than its predecessor and counts with Beto Vazquez as guest musician (bass) in the song "El Ojo Del Vórtice". In the 2006 he was summoned by Beto Vázquez (Infinity) to participate as guest musician in four of the tracks of his new CD named “Flying to a New Horizon”.
