Uni is swinging along quite nice- perhaps been a bit lax on the exam front as far as studying goes, but will do some revision for the next one, honest!........... one thing I have learnt, regardless of the last few lines is this: It's utterly useless to regret ANYTHING- you can't change it and unless you can jump into a parallel universe it's the decisions that one has made that have shaped the course of your life. Just get on with it, everyone makes mistakes- just look at Paul McCartney! If there's just one thing I could change it would be when Stephen Hawking came with his kids/nephews to the go-kart track I worked at and I asked him if he fancied a go 'round the track.... d'oh!Steve

Crap day for exercise, but low eating too...  Last night threw at the Norfolk Champs and got a silver for 35m+, but there was only three of us throwing... hmmm!

Long day!

Food day= 3/5 Exercise= 4/5 1 Hour on bike actively seeking rougher terrain, minimizing roads- lots of uphill etc... about 8.5/10 for effort
