About Me

Zubrivka is a Ukrainian folk band from Toronto, Canada, specializing in acoustic renditions of classic Ukrainian folk songs and melodies. Like the lush grass that grows on the steppes of Ukraine (where the band gets its name), the music of Zubrivka captures the emotion and richness of Ukrainian heritage and folklore. Listeners have described Zubrivka’s performances as an exciting and emotional experience, almost like being “transformed back in time to Ukraine”.
