About Me

Silence is golden, but Duct tape is silver.
A work in progress. Searching for deeper truths. Finding ways to help heal humans, animals, & the planet. Attracted to alternative-type people with unique ways of being that are able to function in the real world. Intelligence is a turn-on. So is lightheartedness. Real people. If you say you're going to do something, do it. Simple. Flakiness is an excuse of the egocentric, manipulative, and self-absorbed. If you don't know the difference between 'your' and 'you're', learn. Like pickup trucks and can back a trailer into a tight spot. Spend a lot of time with boys who have been abused and the horses that take care of them. Get dirty often. Always looking for adventure & laughter.
Thrill seeking! Adrenaline. Jumping fast horses over tall things. Jumping out of airplanes. Jumping off the high dive. Jumping, apparently.
Humor please.
When I was 21 I spent all my money on a 1-way ticket to Ireland. Got a job exercising racehorses. After 3 months of faking it was understandably fired... which led to settling down in Cairo for a while, then Bangkok.

If you saw two guys named Hambone and Flippy, which one would you think liked dolphins the most? I'd say Flippy, wouldn't you? You'd be wrong, though. It's Hambone.
I can still recall old Mister Barnslow getting out every morning and nailing a fresh load of tadpoles to the old board of his. Then he'd spin it round and round, like a wheel of fortune, and no matter where it stopped he'd yell out, "Tadpoles! Tadpoles is a winner!" We all thought he was crazy. But then we had some growing up to do.

We can chase down all our enemies
Bring them to their knees
We can bomb the world to pieces
But we can't bomb it into peace
Whoa we may even find a solution
To hunger and disease
We can bomb the world to pieces
But we can't bomb it into peace
