I am an aspiring chef. Once i am discharged from the USAF I hope to go to college full time. The most promising college I am looking into is Johnson & Wales. It is very prestigious and highly acclaimed. Second on my list is The Art Institute of Dallas. It is a pretty good school with a lot to offer, but I am aiming for JWU first. I know that I want to be a chef because I can't stop dreaming about it and mulling it around in my brain. Every angle I look at it makes me smile and every hour I spend thinking about it makes me want it that much more. I have never been so sure of anything in my life. I know I will love every minute of it. When I achieve this goal, I will be satisfied for the rest of my life. From the grueling hours standing and being in the hot, greasy kitchen to the rewarding moments of seeing the satisfied faces of my customers and receiving the benifits of hard work come to fruition I will love life.
