About Me
I'm 53 years old.I'm an Oil executive, working for one of the top multinational companies in the world.I speak Ekiti,my mother tongue,Yoruba, Pidging English, English language, and French.
I had my bachelors degree and MBA in Nigeria. Also had postgratudate diploma in Petroleum technology from IFP in Paris. I'm also an alumni of INSEAD in France.
I consider myself essentially a technocrat, though I have an unfulfilled passion for politics, order in society, and poverty aleviation.
I'm married to my heart-throb, Dr Bisola Onajin-Obembe.
We have 5 children , of which 2 are girls (now ladies) and 3 boys.My children are all wonderful. Each one is unique, and gifted. After my God, and wife, my children are the most precious in my life. They're just wonderful - the five of them.
We're Evangelical Christians , and have no particular attachment to any denomination, but lean more towards the Anglican Church of Nigeria.
I'm a member of the Full Gospel BusinessMen Fellowship International, but my special calling is into MarketPlace ministry.I believe my calling is primarily into teaching, and secondarily into the prophetic.
I'm passionate about issues of national development, and so in my current work as an oil executive, I'm the company's champion in Local Content development. Its a subject I'm passionate about, and I've travelled wide all over the world, rubbing minds with the best guys in the world on the subject
I love science, especially science discoveries that validate biblical principles. As a keen student of the bible, I'm always excited every time new vistas in science prove everyday the inviolability and authority of the Word of God.
I love music, though not a musician. I'm actually promoting a choir group called PHARSO in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. My preference is Church Hymns anyday, though I can tolerate instrumentals, negro spirituals, and Classicals.
I naturally love people who are interested in issues of society - particularly issues that bother on empowerment, capacity building, and development.
I love the Lord Jesus Christ, not only because He saved me, but most importantly, through Him, I have been able to bring order to my troubled life. In Him I live, In Him I breath, In Him I have my beign.
