.Iam a personal trainer and do private security. I train five days a week and take good care of my body. I compete in bodybuilding shows and plan on doing shows in LA this spring 2007. When not in the gym throwing around weights I like to hang out with friends, either going out to the club or just sitting around the house, eating and watching TV.My training right now is one of the must important parts of my life. I spend hours upon hours in the gym every week. Getting ready for a show is the hardest three months of my life. All I do is train, eat, sleep it is all I have time for. I must say I enjoy every minute of it, or I would not be doing this sport.In my jobs I have gotten to work with and meet some of the best people anyone could meet. I have leaned alot from these people and enjoy working and meeting new people every day. With my job as security I have met some pretty famous people mustly singers and rappers. I have to say I enjoy going to work and not knowing what might happen and what I might get myself into. Everyday is something new with the security business. ..
