About Me

Tim Dabbs has been performing for over 25 years, sharing his songs and stories of the great people and places of America. Form brave barnstorming mail pilots to railroad men, steelworkers, and watermen of the Chesapeake Bay, Tim writes and performs topical music that will take you on a journey across our great country, and through our history.“I write about nouns,” Tim joked during an interview on the nationally syndicated show River City Folk, “I take my inspiration from people that I’ve met, and the places that I’ve been. I’m humbled by the fact that people come out to listen to the stories and songs that I have to share. Music has brought many people from many cultures together over the years, and I’m proud to be a part of that ongoing tradition.”Tim's latest release is "Safely Home," which was released in August, 2006.
