The politics of personal destruction began as soon as I declared my intention to seek the Office of Sheriff of Marion County. I have nothing to hide. The Truesdell Family consists of myself, Paul Grant Truesdell, my wife, Kellean, and our children Paul Grant, Graham Chadwick, and Alexandria Kaileigh Truesdell. Kellean and I have a simple focus on family and a close personal and business relationship. We are very hands-on parents/educators who like to travel with our children.

My Interests

Current MCSO employees....Speak quietly among trusted family, friends, neighbors, and relatives. Some of you are talking too openly; be careful and remember what happened after the coronation in 2004. This must never happen again. Do nothing to put your career at risk. I need every ready and able person the minute the administration changes. Vote, and make sure everyone you know votes. Then, let's get back to basics. No more duplication of social services. Deputy Sheriff's, Detention Deputies, and Judicial Deputies will be a single and united brotherhood and sisterhood dedicated to always doing what's right.It's just that simple.You have my promise:No more politics. More deputies and fewer chiefs. Everyone shall be paid a reasonable wage. No manipulation of the crime stats.
