..The band started with guitar player Adam O Reilly who was desperately searching for guitar players and drummers to learn songs he had previously written after being in a small metal cover band and obviously after honing his guitar skills he longed to set a band with no bullshit just only caring about the music ie METAL fortunately while out on new years eve on his way to a party he met rob lewis who was up in Dublin from Wexford and both realized soon that night they both had the same thing in mind musically so the end of that night was a new year and a new chapter in metal they formed Exzeltic a melodic thrash metal band with some balls and aggressive energy, the bands line up was completed when Conor Eustace joined as a second guitar and Adam's partner in crime[they had known each for at least 10 years although Conor is young he shreds like a true god of metal in the making and Andrew Sullivan was brought in to blast away at the drums thus the line up complete.
They then set about writing up a set with which to melt peoples faces and after a few months were ready. After several months playing around Dublin and Ireland Exzeltic became much more solid as unit but was given a huge set back in form of co-founder Rob Lewis leaving the band over musical differences. Thus Exzeltic stagnated for a few months while trying out various bass players and eventually came across Neil Coburn AKA the blonde bomb shell (youll see what we mean.) who brought a whole different approach to Exzeltic's song writting process. After a month or so of intensive training Exzeltic hit the studio to record there latest demo HIGHER FORCES and is ready willing and able to start gigging again!!So feel free to give us a shout if ur looking for a Thrash band who puts their heart soul and balls into what they do best .........................
