Hi Everyone! My dear friend Joel keeps telling me to be part of my space...so, I finally did! I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, met my husband 10 years ago (Jeffrey David Sellers), lived in St. Thomas USVI, Ocean City Maryland, Jackson Mississippi, Manchester New Hampshire, Hollywoood Florida and now we are back in Puerto Rico! On January 20th, 2006 we had a gorgeous little boy! His name is Ethan Sol Sellers. I did theatre in my college years...I always dreamed of being part of Saturday Night Live!...I guess I can keep dreaming! Anyway I worked at the Hard Rock Cafe in Puerto Rico while I went to the University of Puerto Rico (where I got a Bachelors in Arts with a Major in Languages), as we moved to other States I kept working in restaurants until I fell in love with the kitchen aspect, a passion I had in me since I was a kid! I went to Johnson & Wales University and got another degree in Culinary Arts. My last job in a kitchen was at the Ritz-Carlton in St. Thomas and in PR recently, I loved it! but after we had the baby I decided I wanted to spend more time with him! So I am now a Culinary Instructor at Universidad del Este, working two/three days a week and loving it!! I am still employeed by The Ritz-Carlton but on an on-call basis...so I have the best of both worlds!
