Founded 2001 by Alexander Seemann and Achim Färber. Started as a completely improvising unit, but soon developed structure and form ... odd-job did a lot of live shows, did a few radio shows recorded by some radio stations with an open eye and ear, composed the music for some theatre plays and is laying the musical carpet for silent movie shows..... first demos in 2002, and a complete unreleased album is waiting for its release!
Gegründet 2001 von Alexander Seeman und Achim Färber. Zunächst wurde auf reine Improvisation gebaut, sehr schnell entstanden aus den Ideen aber Strukturen und Formen. 2001-2004 gab es viele Livekonzerte, Radiomitschnitte (NDR Jazzradio, Radio Bremen) und diverse Theaterstücke, bei denen Oddjob zuständig für die Musik war. Ebenfalls gab es diverse Live-Stummfilmvertonungen, die grundsätzlich frei improvisiert wurden.
Nach zwei Jahren Pause wird Odd-Job jetzt wieder starten! Etliche Songs sind aufgenommen und warten auf die Veröffentlichung!!!
