My name is Neil. People call me Neil the seal, some call me Nelly, Nipples, or Neil the black one. The ocean is a cool place to spend some time whether it is surfing or body surfing or just laying on the beach in the warm sun. this year and the next few I am going to UCSC, i have no idea wat i will study but it should be fun... I lifeguard during the summer and hang out with friends. my friends and family mean the world to me and i couldnt make it without them.
