Lauren is an award winning actor/producer and published writer for the stage and screen. She is co-Artistic Director of Bound to Create Theatre with husband Jack Grinhaus, and she is also Co-Founder of hum and glow theatre. Born in Gloucester, England, Lauren moved to South Africa, where her family is originally from, spent some time in Brazil before arriving in Canada in 1980. Lauren has lived all over the country but has been in Toronto since 1990 and wishes to make her permanent home in between Toronto and New York with husband Jack and cat Floyd. She is a dedicated student and practitioner of the Moksha Yoga Series.B2C's play Tabula Rasa is currently being adapted for the screen and will be shooting in January.
