The Illustrious Alaric J. Bowens founded National Mint Entertainment the year of 1998 in Ft. Worth, TX. Much of the planning, developing, and musical production took place while he was in college at Prairie View A&M University where he received a degree in business management. There he also became a member of the Marching Storm and the Undisputed Drum line THE B.O.X as a bass drummer.
National Mint Entertainment brings a versatile style of Rap/Game Spitting to the underground rap scene. With the use of electronic and live instruments, creative freedom of each artist and unique sound, National Mint will be on a fast rise to the top. The artist roster consists of KJ Tha Don from San Jose by way of Vallejo, CA, K.D. from Ft. Worth, TX, Body Rock from Dallas, TX, and of course Alaric The Great from Ft. Worth, TX as well. National Mint also collaborated with Nu Sense and J-Hustle, members of Live Wire Entertainment, from Ft. Worth, TX.
