intelligent and decent men and women who understand that having a sense of humour means you never describe yourself as a person with a GSOH. anyone in film industry a plus.
everything, punk, folk, country & western, cheesy pop. HATE MADONNA AND U2 (well Bono). I cannot take celebrities who purport we should do one thing with our lives and then don't do it themselves (look at Bonos tax returns and youll know what i mean - ditto for you Mr Chomsky) Plus I think these people need to learn how to age gracefully, or at least disgracefully. It would show they have some personality outside of their image. And that H&M tracksuit is just awful.
I like good solid movies, whether its arthouse or commercial, as long as it has a concrete storyline and an understanding of the human condition. M.Night Shalyman needs to be stopped, a shock ending does not a movie make.
Trashy TV rules! Americas next top model, Ugly Betty. Pretty much anything trashy and light hearted. I like my brain to completly switch off. Am i the only one who thinks the acting in the Sopranos, is just, well, awful?
I'm not much of a reader, but when i do im very selective. Not a big fiction lover, but have read the classics. self help books are great....for making you feel helpless.
Surprisingly, Bill gates, yes he's inflicted possibly the worst OS system on us and just one dreadful behemoth of a company, but I like that he listens to his wife and his putting his money where his mouth is, in a very sensible and pragmatic way. I also admire artists who don't do it for the fame, basically all actors from Mike Leigh movies. and Mike Leigh. I cannot take business people who describe themselves as artists. Yes of course I mean Madonna and Bono!
