Hello and thank you for visiting myspace. My name is Sinéad Orme. I was born and raised in Dublin and have been living in the UK for three years. After studying Music at university I trained as a secondary school teacher and have been teaching for three years.
For me writing songs is the perfect channel for expression and simply telling a story. I write melodies and harmonies to reflect my lyrics and the inspiration for my songs can range from Greek and Celtic mythology to Love, Childhood Innocence and Friendship.
In 2007 I recorded a six song EP, Alone in the Details and at the moment I am recording my first album.
I hope that my songs can comfort, challenge, uplift and inspire people, listen to my words and let your imagination do the rest!
