Hey I'm Reece Fullwood and i am a Musician, I'm 18 years old and i live in Telford, in the west midlands (UK).
. I play guitar, my main genres of choice are, Progressive Metal, Jazz Fusion and Neoclassical.
I remember watchin EXPO '92 guitar legends at home with my Dad alot when i was younger, the two main stars were Joe Satriani and Steve Vai. Ever since i was young i looked up to these players as amazing musicians with somewhat superhuman powers and command of there instrument. I watched this tape alot around the time i was 13, and it finally inspired me to pick up my first electric guitar on my 14th birthday.
For the first year it just sat there and gathered dust and a broke my first string and thought that was the end of it. But towards the end of the year i restrung it and picked up my first real guitar and amp for my 15th birthday, ever since then i have played everyday, religously and have become somewhat obsessed with the instrument and music in general.
Nowadays i listen to alot of Progressive Metal, and Jazz Fusion, the likes of Rusty Cooley, Dream Theater, Pagans Mind, Shawn Lane, Guthrie Govan, these musicians keep inspiring me daily to pick up more instrument, and not only focus on technique but also can show you a whole new approach when looking at the fretboard with improvisational skills, and also composition.
