I love anime. I has been one of my biggest interests for the past nine years, however I still love some of the finer things in life. I have recently (within the past eight months) been reading the works of J.R.R. Tolkein and soon plan to re-read the works of C.S. Lewis as well. Apart from that I also practice Lung Shao Pai and Shaolin Kung Fu, as well as my own form of Spiritual, Physical, and Mental Meditation. I love a good mystery and enjoy trying to figure things out, especially if it involves real people and not things in a story.
I'd like to meet:
I just want to meet friends right now. People who want to just hang out and have a good time, and not always get drunk or high in the process. I want someone who is real and true to themselves and their heart, not someone who acts like everyone else wants them to be. I would like to find someone who likes one of or all of the following: anime, heavy metal, art, spirituality, trance, Dungeons and Dragons, and the finer things in life. So if your not truth, but a lie, please come on in and let me figure you out and maybe I can help turn a lie into truth.
Music:
For the most part I love many types of music. I do have some favorites however, they include: J-pop, trance, heavy metal, jazz, classical, celtic, new age, and relaxation music. Most of the time you can find me listening to heavy metal and trance however. I usually prefer to listen to DJ Tiesto when it comes to trance, but when it comes to heavy metal, thats a little bit more difficult. I guess my top three favorites are Nightwish, Dark Tranquillity, and Amon Amarth. It is nice to listen to celtic from time to time though. It is part of my blood line.
Movies:
Well, I love movies, and I love to watch them. When it comes to anime however, its not that hard to choose my favorite movies. My top three would have to be Ah! My Goddess The Movie, Ghost In The Shell, and Neon Genesis Evangelion: End Of Evangelion. Live action film is a little bit harder, but not much. Top three of all time in order: Indiana Jones Trilogy, Lord of the Rings, and tied for third place are 300 and Last Samurai. As for everything else I would have to say: The Dark Crystal, Labyrinth, and Legend.
Television:
Well I like alot of things on tv, I love to watch the Food Network because honestly I love to cook, it's one of my passions, especially Italian and Oriental food. But I also love to watch the Discovery channel, you gotta love Dirty Jobs, and Mythbusters, but I do find myself watching How It's Made from time to time. The History channel is hard to beat overall in my opinion, I'll watch just about anything on there. And of course you have to love Cartoon Network, Nuff Said.
Books:

What am I kidding, I love books. I have about four or five authors that I read. I most commonly read the works of J.R.R. Tolkein and C.S. Lewis, but I do read Edgar Allan Poe from time to time. I also love to read from Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman from time to time as well.
Heroes:
Well when I was a kid and still to this day, as strange as it may sound the character of Indiana Jones is still one of my heros. Of course there is God and Jesus, but I hope that they are everyones heroes is some form or fashion. But also my heroes in my life are the ones that truly have shown me love and compassion through the hard times, and always been there for me when I needed them the most. You know who you are.
