About Me

Well, what do you want to know? I am 26, I live in Northern Colorado and plan on becoming one of those transplants everyone hates, in Portland, Oregon this year. This will, be my year. I am an aspiring designer and plan on studyting graphic design while in Oregon. I need a change in my life right now, a new environment, new people, a new direction. There is so much I love about Oregon, so much new stuff to see and do. I am hoping my sister will join me as well, hint hint...
I am a mellow person, shy around new people and in large groups. If you give me a chance though, I can be a great friend and partner. There is nothing more asinine than someone who makes judgments on first impressions. First impressions are cheap auditions. I am a Virgo. "Virgos are neat and clean, except for the minority few. Virgos are reliable and practical, humble and easy-going. Virgos can be worrywarts, they do their best to temper their impulses. However, if their nervousness goes unchecked, it can lead to hypochondria, that ugly skeleton in the Virgo's closet. For that reason, Virgos are extremely health conscious, to the point of being storehouses of information on diet and hygiene. Virgos are Virgins, however, do not take the latter to seriously. The great strength of the Virgos are their practicality, sharp minds and their attention to detail. When merged with their willingness to serve, Virgos become essential helpmates. They can be picky -- so what?"
Yep, that's pretty much me. Let's see, what else. Little things, I love spending time outside. Summers are great and I spend most of my free time in the mountains, day hiking or backpacking. I love the solitude and the grandeur of the hills. My dad used to take my sister and I up there quite a bit, we share quite a few memories too. I would like to start road biking in Portland too.
I am a vegan, but, I prefer to be known as James.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Really, I do not believe that there are any celebrities I would like to meet. I would be way to nervous to say anything to any of them I like. Like the time I "met" Stevie Nicks. Yea, that was a bit awkward for the whole seven seconds that it lasted. In reality, I would like to meet more outdoor enthusiasts in Colorado and the Portland area. Vegans. Old friends. New friends. The one that will let me be myself, who will have patience with my anxiety and fears, the one who will be true and honest, not change to impress.
