I have been a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist for 5 years and have worked with everyone, from the overweight male with numorous health problems to 80 year old women comming out of surgery, to the competitive 20 year old athlete. I enjoy what I do and feel lucky to have a career where I can make such a difference in someones life and make permanant lifestyle changes.
I myself am a athlete. I compete Nationally in a sport called Figure where you do quarter turns in a bathing suit in front of a panel of judges and are comared to other athletes. They judge on muscle tone and shape, symetry, conditioning (you have to be very lean-10%BF), and confidence and feminenity. You have to have the TOTAL PACKAGE. I am working hard now, so that next season, I can turn PRO. It is very dificult and competitive, but I enjoy the challenge and love to encourage others who are interested to give it a shot!Funny stuff @ myspaceclipart.com
