Hosted by Natalie Williams and her 9 piece band, the night features special guest appearances from the most established, the most talented and the most exciting performers the UK has to offer and it takes place once a month at the prestigious Soho Jazz Club, Ronnie Scotts.The aim of the night is to play real music to real music lovers who appreciate real soul (think Stevie Wonder, Chaka Khan, Aretha Franklin), nu-soul (think Jill Scott, Erykah Badu, D?angelo), jazz (think Sarah Vaughan, Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday) and are eager to hear new material (all artists will be showcasing their current projects), fused by great musicianship and passion.Natalie’s band is made up of some of the best professional musicians in London, including the Atlantic Horns (Basement Jaxx, Groove Armada, Beyonce, Spiritualised, Amy Winehouse) and a Rhythm Section that has played with Zero 7, Terri Walker, TY, Cara Dillon, Moloko and many morePast performances have included artists such as Alice Russell, Hamish Stewart, Jamie Cullum, Andrew Roachford, Nate James, Noel Mckoy, Amy Winehouse, Soul:ID, Lyric L, Noel McKoy, L Marie, Eska, Tawiah, Vula, Sharlene Hector and many moreThis is a night of pure enjoyment, where nothing is planned out, the music and talent speaks for itself and you just listen and watch what happens.
