The Dude Abides

Sometimes you eat the bar. Sometimes the bar, he eats you.

About Me

I’m Winston Wolf. I solve problems. If I’m curt with you, it’s because time is a factor. I think fast, I talk fast. Here is a little bit about me. My mother told me once that when I was 3 years old, my potty lid was closed and instead of me lifting it, I shit my pants. I’m not the type of person who’ll disrupt things just so I can shit comfortably. Years later as I reflected on work and life, I realized I’m stuck in a pit, working for less than slave wages, dealing with every backward-assed fuck on the planet. So I turned my godfather for advise, he slapped me and said, “You can act like a man! What’s the matter with you!” It was then that I realized I needed to hone my talents by developing my olive oil voice and guinea charm. Now get it straight buster, I’m not here to say “please,” I’m here to tell you what to do. And if self-preservation is an instinct you possess… you better fucking do it, and do it quick. I’m here to help and if my help isn’t appreciated, lots of luck……Seriously, my name is Phil. I was born and raised in Staten Island. I’d like to think I’m creative, with an appreciation for the obscure and sometimes not so obscure reference. I like people who get it – those who can laugh and sometimes cringe at things we probably shouldn’t – and those who aren’t easily offended by things – that might actually be offensive. And I really enjoy it when hypocrites are exposed for what they really are. I find being able to laugh at stuff like that, tends to take the edge off of life. Otherwise I think my interests are a good reflection of my personality. So if you get it – and share some of my interests – or can possibly amuse me, write me and point me to your space.

My Interests

Not to be cliché, but fast cars, cold beer and hot women. Concerts, listening to music, photography, NY Islanders, drinking, NASCAR, drinking, NY Yankees/NY Giants/Knicks, listening to Opie And Anthony/Ron And Fez, drinking, making my cars look good/go fast, oh and a little time in the gym so I can drink some more.

I think hero is too strong of a word, but some of the people I admire are: Don 'Donnie Baseball' Mattingly, who is my all time favorite ball player and the epitome of class: Dale Earnhardt, who was probably the best driver in all of racing; George Carlin and Richard Pryor, who opened the doors for most of the great comedians around today. And last but not least anyone who has or is defending us and our freedom.
