About Me

My lawyering job pays the bills, but no longer challenges me. It's boring. My karate school doesn't pay any bills, but the work we do there is important. I hold a second degree black belt in American Kenpo, though I study and teach other systems (Jeet Kune Do, Kali, and Haganah) too.My passion is triathlon, specifically Ironman. I raced Ironman Switzerland in 2005 and just finished Ironman Coeur d'Alene on 6-22-08. I just hired a coach and have committed this next year to working on my speed at the Ironman distance. I will try Coeur d'Alene again in 2009 just registered for Ironman Florida 2009.LIKES: Ironman, martial arts, dogs, bicycles, Diet Pepsi, Guinness, Grey Goose Vodka, cheese pizza, peanut butter, music, hot weather, and sushiDISLIKES: Golf on TV, March Madness, cats, milk, mushrooms, crab, my job, loser guys in the gym who flex in the mirror all the time, cold weather, stupid people, cleaning pools

Disturbia

My new MySpace page song is currently my life's theme song.  It's not the type of music I normally listen to at all, but the song seems to fit.  Seriously, if "Disturbia" was an actual menta...

Random Olympic Thoughts

The following is what I have learned so far from watching the Olympics this year.  It has been very eye-opening.  This is my opinion only and it is not politically correct I'm sure.  If...
