I'm a real estate investor.
I spend my days looking at old houses, which I then remodel and sell. It beats punching a time clock, and it's a hell of a workout sometimes (no gym membership needed). I was a certified personal trainer for about 10 years during the day, worked security at night and did pretty well. I never had a 9 to 5 job for more than about a boring week, I hate all those stuffy rules, ya know...My current project is about a 10 week flip, here's a few before and after pictures but we're not done yet, and this is only a small taste of it. I am a european guy who came to the states about 12 years or so ago, after having worked and lived in 7 different european countries. I have had my share of travel but can't wait to see more of this awesome world.
I lived in the beautiful Greek Islands for 9 months and also in Italy for 4 months. My favorite places to party in Europe where Ibiza and Amsterdam. Since I've been in the US I have been busy with life and have traveled very little; Cali, New York, Texas, Nevada sums it up. Needless to say I can't wait to have time to travel some more.
