Concrete Hoops Basketball Organization provides a new trend in basketball education, as we aim to provide positive programs, which will help in the social, emotional and physical well being of Toronto’s youth. Managed by a multicultural group of Oakwood Collegiate graduates, Concrete Hoops works to provide low-cost programs with high quality instruction and planning.
