About Me

Not really about me, more about the tracks:-'Watershade' is an improvised duet between myself on flute and Nic Saunders on piano. The other three excerpts are improvised soprano sax solos from a live performance by the Nic Saunders Group at the University of Chichester. 'Sull Lull' ('Lullaby of the Sun') is loosely based on a Norwegian folk melody, 'Purvi' is based on an Indian raga scale and 'Two Lands' is an improvisation based on ideas by Nic.The first video below was taken at the LMFL 2007 summer school.
