JIMMY AGE

Well, Im just a kid from Brooklyn, New York just doing what i love making music. I grew up listening to music through my father, who i give all the credit to for making me the type of person i am today listening to all types of music for inspiration. When i spent time with him in his car he'd played every radio station from Hot97(Rap) Z100(Rock-Pop) to WBLS(R&B/Soul) and music has been with me until the day i die. I wanted to pursue a musical career due to my cousin rapping in the mid 90's, "Master Picasso" his name back then really put the spark in me as well as my other cousins to rap. when he'd write his 16's i'd mock him doing the samething. as time passed they'd give me the "lil brother" treatment by ignoring my passion 4 the music so i had no choice but to grind and prove myself. When i was in my mid-teens i migrated to Jamaica Queens and from there the grind started. Due to them living in Brooklyn we hardly see each other, so i wrote and wrote and proved myself to them in family gatherings. The Production side of me came out when i was introduced to a mpc by my friend Mike during my junior high-school days. It took me a loooooooong time to complete my first beat but i learned to use it and its been on ever since. i've done ghost production for a few producers in the greater New York state names whom i will not say due to verbal agreements but now its my time to shine!
