A.Fox was born in Denver Colorado in October of 1987 to Cindy Maxwell and Anthony Fox. He was an only child with an imagination out of this world. As most other lower class families, his were seperated early. He was always a real likeable guy. Drugs and alcohol took over his parents lives and left him with no choice but to adapt to the best of his abilities. He would listen to music in any free time he had. Around the tender age of 7 he really began to love and understand music. It started with Dr.Dre's "The Chronic", and then Snoop's "Doggystyle". You might be thinking it was inappropriate for such a young boy to be listening to such vulgar and disrespectful content, but he was a product of his environment. It was strictly rap because at such a young age he couldn't appreciate R&B, it wasn't in the relm of his capacity. Until one day his mother introduced him to something more his style, a group by the name of Another Bad Creation. That lead to more mature music like Jodeci, H-Town, BoyzIIMen, and Shai. His mother saw he was into music and bought him whatever album or soundtrack he desired. As he grew, he learned to write in rhyme. That lead to imitating singers and rappers voices. Toward the end of Elementary School he was forced into the choir Apostolic Voices of Youth or A.V.O.Y. Although he didn't sing aloud he did take in what he learned about harmonizing and melody. Around 1998 a new sound was emerging. A.Fox began to draw inspiration from The Basement Crew which consisted of Static, Ginuwine, Smoke, Black, Missy, Timbaland, and Magoo. There was something so unique that this group of individuals delivered, that captured A.Fox's attention. In Middle School he started answering to the name "Ginuwine" because of a slight resemblance and mimicking everything Ginuwine did. He fell in love with Ginuwine's earlier works such as "The Bachelor" and "100% Ginuwine". He wasn't inclined enough to grasp the concept of "ghost writers", meaning had he known Static was the force behind all the music he listened to than people would probably call him "Static". His brother and best friend De'angelo taught him to rap around 7th grade. Fox practiced, but never took it too serious. He knew that he had talent as well as the people around him. The bashfulness always got the best of him. He attended Thomas Jefferson High School in 2002-2003. In the '03 '04 school year he was begininng to take music seriously. There was so much other talent in high school that it inspired him to grow as an artist. He began to listen to nothing but Cassidy, that became his all time favorite rapper. He related to him a great deal. He sparked a battle between himself and two other rappers at his school. He made a diss record titled "Stop" that got quite personal with the two. They responded as any real MC would, but to no avail. The people spoke and A.Fox reigned victorious. Talk about an ego booster. In his junior year he began singing for fun. Someone heard him and suggested he take it more serious. So he did. He'd end up hosting a talent show and displaying his talents a little furthur. Everyone was shocked like "Fox can sing?!?!" Yea...Now A.Fox's album is under construction. He stays hard at work and wants to make good music for people to remember and enjoy. Thanks to the birth of his daughter, some good friends and the influence and impact Static Major has on his life he is continuing to pursue his music career. So we thank you for your support, comments, advice and anything good you have to say about this mans music. We would also like to thank the haters because without them we wouldn't be as successful. Feel free to drop a note or say wassup. Be on the look out for the album as well. RIP STATIC!
