Jason Voorhees

In the Summer of 1957, a young Jason Vorhees is chased into camp crystal lake and "drowns" while a couple of careless camp counselors are foolishly having sex as opposed to watching their campers. Shortly thereafter the two responsible for Jason's death turn up murdered. Camp Crystal Lake is then shut down, attempts to reopen are met with arsen and death, earning the camp the nickname "Camp Blood." On Friday June 13th, 1971 the camp is on the verge of reopening, when Pamela Voorhees (Jason's Mother) slaughters nearly every person in the camp. She is eventually beheaded by a female counselor named Alice. Jason, who is not dead, witnesses his mother's death from the lake. From then until this very day, Jason has been an unstoppable killing machine. Jason wears a mask to cover up his warped visage.*New movie due out Friday, February 13th 2009*
