NorthStar is the brainchild of co-founders Brian D’Antoni and EJ Albowicz. Brian started his career as a television show producer and EJ was his entertainment attorney. Acknowledging the re-creation of rules that govern the music, television and motion picture industries caused by the internet revolution, Brian and EJ recognized an opportunity to become a leading general on the new playing field. Their primary goal was to be able to explain the new landscape to artists and talent of all level and demographics. The vision was a vertically developed entertainment powerhouse which synchronized all aspects of the industries and utilized such in the development of each client’s career strategy. From consultation on creative aspects, to contract negotiation and legal guidance, to project development based on a set budget, to branding, marketing and promotions, to international showcases and licensing, to artist development, investment and property holdings and an in-house production company (both audio and visual) with in-house studio support, the company would lead each client to their own promise land. With a focus on setting the bar in the new era and an “artist first†mentality, NorthStar was unleashed.Today, NorthStar is quickly developing a reputation for leadership and excellence.
