Alices Song

Alice’s Song was written by Cathryn Craig and Brian Willoughby about Brian’s niece, Alice who has Asperger’s Syndrome. The moving song has touched many hearts and brought the duo into contact with many people who grapple with the day to day difficulties of coping with autism.The song was first published on Brian’s first solo CD Black and White, featuring Cathryn Craig, and it was later released as a single by the Acoustic Strawbs during the Autism Awareness Year of 2002, in aid of the National Autistic Society.
