Morphisem

MORPHISEM was created in 1993 by Stef Charpentier. The combo, then called Iconoplast Croma was performing Thrash Death metal influenced by Death, Sarcofago, Demolition Hammer, Impaled Nazarene, Deicide, Vital Remains, Sepultura... This period got immortalized with a cassette Demo called "Artificial paradise" in 1995. Their music turned to Black Death metal more à la Cradle Of Filth's first album, for which Morphisem opened for their first venue in France ever. MORPHISEM split in 1998 with more than 45 songs added to the testament and before the release of the autoproducted album "Imputrecible and violent curse". Two of its members formed the Vicious brutal death metal band DEVIANT SURGEONS ( http://www.myspace.com/deviantsurgeons ).
