About Me
Born in april of 1975 in northern Romania, he had a clear inclination towards music and everything that sounds rite to the ears. His first gig was in 1989 aged 14 playing all the hits that were popular in those times (Depeche Mode, Pet Shop Boys, Erasure etc.) using the latest (of those days) technology, the Magnetic Tape and Vinyls. His show proved to be very populare amongst the teenagers, and this grant him the right to play everywhere, from youth clubs to more discrete intimate clubs. Around 1997 Ball decided to move to Iasi. He started giging a lot around the club area. One of the clubs that could be mention would be "Rosu si Negru" (Red and Black) which he held a 2-year residency, whilst during the summer started giging a lot around the Black Sea (Disco Ring Costinesti). At the end of 1999 Ball got the chance to be the resident dj in Club Arena. This was a really important change in his deejaying life, because from now one he will focus only on top quality electronic music! After Arena, in March of 2001 he will leave Iasi for good for a better residency in Bacau at Club Zebra for 6 months. The summer came and he left to the Black Sea in Jupiter resort to held a residency at Captain Mondy's Club for all the summer, after that he will leave for Bucharest to held a residency at Underground Club, Voodoo, Colours, Wing (he was the first dj in Bucharest to organize the first afterhour from 12:00 until 00:00 in Wing Club). After all these succesful residencies earned him the place to play with Wanda at Club Keops, near Hotel Interncontinental (KM 0). He also played in a lot of clubs, to mention: Space, Discordia, Studio Martin, Dv8, MCM. He also played outside Bucharest, to mention: No Name, Ramses (Timisoara); Corona, Krypton (Craiova); Old Jack Pub (Zalau); Privilege (Calarasi); XS Club, Versus, Viper (Iasi); Office's (Suceava); Tequilla (Piatra Neamt); Motor, Heaven, Oxxo (Constanta) where he also held a 5 years summer residency in one of the most known beach, KUDOS togheter with Rosario Internullo and Pagal. He also played togheter with famous deejays around the world: Lee Buridge, Nick Warren, Oliver McGregor, Moshic, Dave Seaman, Ali Dubfire (Deep Dish), Ricardo Villalobos, and some of the top romanian djs: Rhadoo, Livio, Kool, Optick, Libra, Raoul, Marco Briguglia, Professor, Nocturno etc.
He also had TV appearances on McM and MTv In The Mix.
