Originally from Glasgow, Scotland. Now living in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. Kevin Bone was a classically trained musician some years ago. He played Violin and Piano. In his early teens was when his passion for dance music started. Towards the end of school though, he was concentrating more on exams and getting into university to follow his other passion - Electronics. He Graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Engineering honors degree in Electronic Engineering. This allowed him to begin his career in the semiconductor industry working as a System Installation Engineer, installing hi-tech lithography machines for the semiconductor industry in fabrication plants around the world. ___________________ When Kevin firsts began playing around with music production, it was on an AtariST using Cubase! At the age of 15 he studied music in school and submitted his first electronic music track as a school music project. For the next few years he would spend most of his spare time making tunes of different styles – from downbeat, easy-listening mucic to House/Dance tracks. When his music making skills improved he realised he could make tracks that labels would like and maybe even release, so he concentrated more on Dance music. He prefers producing 2 styles of dance – Trance/Balearic and Deep/Progressive High quality House music. ____________________________________________________________
His music career started gaining recognition with the first double-track release on Ultimate House Records in June 07 - 'Liquid Bamboo' and 'Industrial Damage'. Since then, he has had his third release on Ultimate-House – ‘Loft’. This track has gained support from German DJ/Producer DJ Shah (Mellomania) and was featured on his 'Mellomania Step 11' compilation CD. Steven Liquid (Liquid Sound/Time Fusion/Ultimate House) has also featured this track on 'Urban Balearica - the best of Ultiamte House'. Kevin has also had several remixes released though Ultimate house. ____________________________________________________________
___ His first track on Musashi (run by Fly – the owner and founder of the Bonzai trademark) was released in October 07 - 'Radical Reform'. This track is also featured on Frederik Karst's 'Tranceplant Session 05 (released through Music Worx). He looks forward to another release of deep progressive music through Musashi on 26th February - 'Solenoid'...check out the preview!==================================================
