Cindy Vanessa~I love summer days! I was born and raised here in L.A., yet the weather here is not hot enough for me, so every summer I make arrangements to go to Miami. I’m so happy when the sun is out~ because I’m a very active person. I hike, run (ran two marathons), skateboard, and dance. Just four months ago I was offered a contract through a belly dance company, (naila.com), which would have allowed me to travel to New York and Europe, but I turned it down, so I could finish school and at least transfer out first. Yeah sounds lame, but it would have been harder to come back focused, so now I fire dance in Hollywood (Indrayoga.com) with a group of girls who also perform, and have opened up for Mos Def, Outkast, and have shows in little venues as well. As personality goes, I could either be kind of shy, or very hyper when people first meet me, other than that, I’m pretty laid back, and hate on no one. I don’t like to hold grudges, therefore, if something bugs me, you will only hear it from me. But I’m not air –headed, I can also have the worst attitude if you ask for it. I treasure those who I care for, and avoid those who I’ve come to realize within time that like them, their personality is also fake. There are two things I truly believe in, one being karma, and the other as lame as it sounds…..is the power of prayer…..because I’ve seen it happen. Don’t know what else to write, but I’m craving a cold, cold, beer right now.
