JT EXPERIMENT

Fronted by JT Medlen, 2005 L.A. Music Awards Guitarist of the Year, the JT Experiment was formed by founding members, JT Medlen and Dennis Figueroa. Dennis and JT have been playing around the State of California together for over 7 years. JT has been playing guitar for over 20 years with influences including well known legends such as Stevie Rae Vaughn, Joe Satriani, Halen, Steve Vai, Eric Clapton, Robben Ford, and Gary Moore. JT's influences also span into less known studio musicians such as Steve Lukather (of Toto) as well as Michael Landau, Larry Carlton, and others. JT's styling is a cross-over of his various influences stated above which include both vocal performances as well as instrumental pieces.Dennis Figueroa is an accomplished bass player playing for over 30 years. His bass work on various projects is outstanding as well as live performances around the Ventura County scene.Finally, rounding out the trio is the madman drummer named Rob Noxious. An accomplished player in his own right, Rob is also known for being a drum instructor, graduate of MIT of Los Angeles, and also the founding owner of Unigrip drum sticks (see Unigrip.net). His power and enthusiasm in his playing is inspirational to all who hear him and he truly is one of the most amazing performers you will see.The band is located in Ventura County and plays around the scene in both Los Angeles, Ventura, and other shows that take them out of state to places like Portland and Arizona. They are well worth a look!
