What can I say?
Well lets see…
For the general population a band is just a way for a few people to get together, jam, and have fun. The problem with this mindset is that it couldn't be further from the truth. A band is not only a lot of work, but there is much that goes on behind the scenes in order to accomplish what the general population sees on the stage. This includes the crew, sound operators, even the guy that picks the microphone stand up if it falls. And this culmination of people adds up to one sole purpose: the perfect song. And that is the goal of our band, including the people that we work with along the way.
And so we start our journey towards making that one perfect song that will take your breath away. Even though this journey will have many highs and lows, we will make sure that we get through all of it. And hopefully our experiences within the band will be colorful and full of great memories that can be passed to our children, and even then towards our grandchildren.
Those are my thoughts. If you have a love for music, don't just hang on to it: share it.
And most of all, give it to those that don't have it!
