About Me

SYNOPSIS:
I choose to be me. Nothing more, nothing less. And things look beautiful from here. I think you should stop complaining and think about everything that is good. I like the way when mirrors reflect off each other it's like a window so you can see all the different parallel universes at once. And when the 22 bus into town stops at the traffic lights where it tips at a 45 degree angle. I'm dead good at Where's Wally. I've learnt not to idolize, and to just appreciate. I love squishy faces in photographs. I like the feeling you get on freefall towers, but I don't like to feeling I'm not in control of myself or insecure. I like fixing things and making music that no one else will ever hear. I like 'one-offs' and seeing things that no one else will ever see. I don't like when people say "music is my life," when it's quite clearly not, hence I don't say it. It's not my life. I just like it a lot, like every other person on this planet. I'm developing a bit of a thing for good Scottish folk music. I like to make my own mind up about things. I like catching up. I like going to ceilidhs but I don't like the way the word "ceilidh" is spelt. I like good company. I like caterpillars, I don't like jellyfish. I like walking back from the cinema when we race to see who can put the most bus stop lights on. I like inside jokes. I like pirates and having an over active imagination. I like when it rains but I don't like when my feet get wet. I'm really rubbish at opening envelopes. I like "THE LIST". I like trains and long bus rides when there's something worth travelling for. I have faith in God. I like remembering things that have happened in the past, but I like things that are happening at present and looking towards what might happen in the future even more, even though it's impossible to predict. I like uncontrollable laughter and when people use the phrase "I'm having the time of my life!" I like discussing controversial issues and listening to different views on these. I don't like when people tell me to "cheer up," its not because I'm unhappy, its just the way my face is SORRY. I'm pretty sure I have my priorities just about right. I like making Paula compliation CDs for us to rock out to in her car. I like blueberry muffins. I strongly disagree with testing cosmetics on animals. I'd like to travel a lot. I love my family, I love my friends and I love when people speak in French. My electro acoustic is called Eduardo, he's everything I could ever want in a man, and more.
The Famous 5 seem to be closer than ever these days, I have no idea how I'm going to be able to say goodbye.
"Nothing in this world worth having comes easy."
